A quick text and a photo of the unit are often enough to get started. I will tell you the diagnostic fee and when I can come by.

Once I find the problem, I will show you what failed and explain the repair before I replace anything.

If you approve the repair, the diagnostic fee comes off the invoice. I stay with the job from the first call to the finished work.
